The GO Strategic Plan, adopted in season 6, sets the direction and goals for the next five years. These vary in nature from enduring intentions such as Our Organizational Values and Mission to others that are time specific. An annual plan of action is developed and reviewed by the board of directors every season. This keeps us working steadily, in sync, towards Our Vision for the future.
